I work with individuals and couples as an integrative therapist, which means I'll listen closely to what's going on for you and adapt my approach to meet you where you are.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Humanistic Therapy gives space for you to be fully yourself, especially if you've spent your life meeting others' expectations. It's gentle, empowering, and focused on reconnecting with your own voice and values.
Psychodynamic Therapy helps uncover the roots of current struggles, especially if your past still echoes in your relationships or self-worth today. Together, we look beneath the surface to understand the 'why' behind what you feel.
Systemic Therapy examines how family patterns, roles, and cultural messages have influenced you. It's especially helpful if you feel stuck in relationship dynamics that repeat, frustrate or confuse you.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on the link between thoughts, emotions and behaviour. If your mind feels busy, critical, or spirals into "what-ifs," CBT offers tools to calm that cycle and help you feel more grounded.
Solution-Focused Therapy helps you move forward when you're ready. We look at what's going well - even if only a little - and build from there. Small steps can lead to real change.
Transactional Analysis brings awareness to the roles and communication patterns we often fall into, such as always putting others first, avoiding conflict, or getting stuck in the same emotional responses.
Mind-body Awareness helps you understand how your nervous system responds to stress or trauma. If you often feel on edge, shut down, or disconnected, this can be a gentle way to feel safer and more present in your body.
Whatever approach we use, the relationship we build is the foundation of our work. I'll be here to support you with warmth, steadiness, and respect.
I also provide counselling services to businesses and corporate clients, helping business owners and employees better understand and manage workplace pressures. Through individual and group counselling sessions, I create a supportive space where employees can explore their challenges, build emotional resilience and develop coping strategies.
I have a background working in a competitive, highly pressured environment within corporate banking. Additionally, I worked with a leading UK-registered charity that supports family mental health and well-being. I have also worked for Solar, the partnership between Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Barnardo's, and Autism West Midlands.

Counselling provides you with a safe, confidential, private space to talk about problems that are affecting you in the here and now. This is your time to be heard and understood in how you feel. You are free to speak about your problems as openly as you wish and I can help by offering different techniques that may help your situation.
Psychotherapy involves taking a deeper look into the root causes of the problems you are facing. Rather than simply exploring ways to manage your low self-esteem, for instance, our work will revolve around understanding where this feeling stems from in the first place, exploring past experiences to understand their role in your present-day life. In doing this, you will have a clearer understanding of where these issues come from and develop a bespoke way to move past them.
Taking the first step can feel hard - but you're very welcome to reach out. I offer a free, informal call so you can ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether therapy with me feels like the right fit. If you'd prefer, you can fill out the booking form to request a call-back at a time that works for you.
All enquiries are treated with care and kept strictly confidential. I aim to respond within 48 hours. If there are any times it's not appropriate to leave a message, please let me know - I'm happy to contact you at a time that feels safe and comfortable for you.
