Sometimes life can look fine on the outside, while inside, things feel very different.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, unhappy or stuck. Perhaps you’re struggling with your relationships, going through a difficult period, or finding that something from your past is still affecting how you feel today.
You may be experiencing grief or loss, struggling to adjust to a major change, or simply finding that life has become harder to manage than it used to be.
You may not even be completely sure what’s wrong, you just know that you don’t feel like yourself.
Sometimes, the hardest part is talking about it. You might be used to coping on your own, putting other people first or keeping difficult feelings to yourself. Even with people you love and trust, it can be difficult to say what you really think and feel without worrying about being judged, misunderstood or hurting someone else.

If something has been troubling you for a while, you’re struggling to cope with a recent change or loss, or you simply feel that now is the time to do something about it, I’d be very happy to hear from you and explore whether I might be the right therapist for you.
Head over to my My Approach page for a more detailed breakdown of how I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in Solihull, and for online therapy available across Birmingham, Warwickshire and the UK.
Taking the first step can feel hard - but you're very welcome to reach out. I offer a free, informal call so you can ask any questions you have, and I can share more about how I work so you can get a sense of whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.
If you'd prefer, you can fill out the booking form to request a call-back at a time that works for you.
I treat all enquiries with care and keep them strictly confidential. I aim to respond within 48 hours. If there are any times it's not appropriate to leave a message, please let me know - I'm happy to contact you at a time that feels safe and comfortable for you.
Starting therapy is a meaningful commitment to yourself, and I want the process to feel as clear and supportive as possible from the start.
Individual counselling sessions are £70
Couples counselling sessions are £100
Payment is via bank transfer before each session. I'll share the details with you when we begin working together.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. This helps me offer the time to others who may be waiting. If you give less notice, the full session fee will still be payable.
If you have any questions or concerns about payment or scheduling, please don't hesitate to get in touch - I'm happy to talk it through.
