Therapy for when you're struggling beneath the surface.

You might look like you're coping, but inside, things feel very different.

Individual and Couples Counselling.

BACP-Accredited Therapist - Face-to-face in Solihull and Online Sessions.

Sometimes life can look fine on the outside, while inside, things feel very different.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, unhappy or stuck. Perhaps you’re struggling with your relationships, going through a difficult period, or finding that something from your past is still affecting how you feel today.

You may be experiencing grief or loss, struggling to adjust to a major change, or simply finding that life has become harder to manage than it used to be.

You may not even be completely sure what’s wrong, you just know that you don’t feel like yourself.

Sometimes, the hardest part is talking about it. You might be used to coping on your own, putting other people first or keeping difficult feelings to yourself. Even with people you love and trust, it can be difficult to say what you really think and feel without worrying about being judged, misunderstood or hurting someone else.

Therapy gives you somewhere to put all of that down.

I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is bringing you here. Together, we can begin to understand what you’re experiencing, where it may come from and why certain thoughts, feelings or patterns can be so difficult to change.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety or stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, a life change, low self-esteem, difficult experiences from the past, or simply a sense that you’re no longer coping as well as you would like, therapy can give you the time and space to understand what is happening and begin to feel differently.

I believe therapy isn’t about telling you what you should do. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of what has happened, and find new ways of responding to the challenges you’re facing.

Sometimes, gaining that understanding can bring relief in itself. From there, we can explore what you want to be different, whether that’s how you feel within yourself, how you relate to others, or how you approach life.

You don't need to know exactly what you need from therapy before you get in touch.

If something has been troubling you for a while, you’re struggling to cope with a recent change or loss, or you simply feel that now is the time to do something about it, I’d be very happy to hear from you and explore whether I might be the right therapist for you.
